Our products are available from our Galway shop, or else via mail-order from China. We provide a worldwide mail order service, and all mail order products are sent via DHL only. All confirmed orders through Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours.  This include international orders, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. PLEASE NOTE - Our 24 hour ship time does not suggest that orders will arrive at your residence within 24 hours. It only acts as a guarantee that orders will ship from our warehouse within this time frame. Time in transit varies from country to country and if you need the items immediately please contact us. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. By creditcard orders, shipments are delivered to the Cardholders address. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area. If Receiver refuses delivery or to pay for delivery, or the Shipment is deemed to be unacceptable, or Receiver cannot be reasonably identified or located, DHL shall use reasonable efforts to return the Shipment to Shipper at Customer's cost, failing which the Shipment may be released, disposed of or sold by DHL without incurring any liability whatsoever to Shipper or anyone else, with the proceeds applied against service charges and related administrative costs and the balance of the proceeds of a sale to be returned to MPS. Delayed Shipments DHL will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Shipment according to DHL's regular delivery schedules, but these are not guaranteed.
